I love Danbury NC. It is a small town about 60 miles north of Greensboro. It is a great place to bike, hike, or just drive on scenic roads. It is the gateway to Hanging Rock State Park.
Our family has been going there for many years. We love it summer and winter.
Fly into GSO, rent a car. Stop and buy food in Walnut Cove on your way. Not many restaurants or shopping, Great place to unwind and get away from it all.
