Within an hour's drive is Colorado Monument  National Park

https://www.nps.gov/colm WOW.....so beautiful, Mini Grand Canyon. Breathtaking Landscapes. You can drive from the East to the West entrance. You can stop and hike. A must-see!!

Exit on the West side and drive down Route 340 and stop by Two Rivers Winery and Chateau Wine tasting, really good wine nice people, family-owned. They also have a Bed-Breakfast Chateau you can rent rooms, so charming!

We stay at the Doubletree by the airport.  They will pick you up at the airport and bring you downtown too!  Amazing breakfast buffet until 11 am.  Great hospitality!
